Vigilante Justice

Fugitives Wayne (Steve Zahn) and Harry (Jeremy Northam) think they’re being sentenced to jail time when Chappy the Sheriff (William H. Macy) brings them before the Judge (Paul Dooley), but the Judge thinks he’s negotiating payment with the pageant professionals that the town has hired.
