Willie (Billy Bob Thornton) is a drunk who is also a mall Santa Claus. But mostly, he’s a con man who robs department stores on Christmas Eve with the help of his little person elf, Marcus (Tony Cox). Willie befriends a strange kid (Brett Kelly) and gets caught up with Gin (Bernie Mac) who catches on to the con men’s plan.
